The Ubuntu Classroom Team prides itself in providing high quality educational sessions in the Ubuntu Classroom channel on freenode. Currently are schedule is quite empty, so we are looking to fill it up.

It is with pleasure that I am introducing you to a wonderful new tool for the Ubuntu Classroom. ClassBot, written by Nathan Handler which will automate many of the tasks that need to happen in #ubuntu-classroom and #ubuntu-classroom-chat on irc.freenode.net. Many hours were spent by Nathan writing the code and testing ClassBot. He also wants me to mention that I wrote the specs for ClassBot and did most of the bug testing. The Ubuntu Classroom is now on both identi.ca and twitter. Also join the Ubuntu Classroom group on identi.ca!
Beginning this weekend, at the start of a session in #ubuntu-classroom on irc.freenode.net, ClassBot will make a dent and tweet to announce the session. The Classroom Management Team will also dent/tweet other announcements for the Ubuntu Classroom.
Please use the hashtag #ubuntuclassroom when denting or tweeting about the Ubuntu Classroom or any classes/events that are happening.
