This cycle we have made a number of improvements to the Summit web app. I am going to list out the changes which will hopefully make life easier for all involved.
- Today’s Schedule: You are able to see today’s schedule by visiting http://summit.ubuntu.com/today instead of picking out the date on the Summit site.
- Crew: On the top of the daily schedule you will find the Launchpad user names of the crew members who are on call that day. It also includes a link to their Launchpad.
- Addition of the Guidebook app: Guidebook is a new app for the Android and iPhone systems. From the Guidebook website: “Guidebook allows attendees to access your event’s entire schedule right from their mobile device. Plus, they’ll never miss a session, panel or activity with our easy-to-use mobile alerts.” The Guidebook app includes schedules, a map of the venue, a To-do list, as well as access twitter integration. You can download Guidebook by scanning the QR Code below.

As always, if you have any issues with the Summit site, please file a bug.
